FRUSTRATION IN THRUXTON
British F4 started the second half of the season with a race at Thruxton, the fastest track in the UK. Jarrett was looking for some
…Jarrett was born and raised in London, with family roots in Australia, England, Ghana and Sierra Leone. Jarrett attends Habs’ Boys’ School, north of London, whose former pupils include Damon Hill.
Alongside his racing, Jarrett continues to study full time, balancing the demands of school with testing, travel and a busy race calendar. Managing these commitments has taught him the importance of preparation, discipline and making the most of every opportunity. Staying organised, focused and able to perform under pressure has become one of his greatest strengths, both in the classroom and at the circuit.
Other than motorsport, Jarrett enjoys football, basketball, American football and athletics. He also spends time sim racing, using it to develop his understanding of circuits and continue learning away from the track.
Jarrett began competing in Honda Cadet in the UK when he was 8 years old.
Quickly establishing himself among the leading drivers in the category he won the Super One ‘O’ plate in 2019. In 2022 he came third in the Honda Cadet British Kart Championships, 3rd in Kartmasters GP, and became the Rotax Festival Champion.
The move into European OK-Junior karting came in 2023 with Sodikart, giving Jarrett his first experience of competing at an international level. In 2024 he achieved multiple top five and top ten finishes, ending the Champions of the Future Series 12th overall.
In 2025, Jarrett made the transition into car racing, joining the Ginetta Junior Championship. Â He finished 8th overall in the championship and 4th in the Winter Series with podium finishes and a win during his rookie season.
